The health of a child determines the health of a nation. Yet, in many schools, children’s health challenges go unnoticed until they become serious. MediSmart was designed to change that.
Through MediSmart, our team of doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals conduct preventive health screenings in schools. We identify early signs of obesity, stress, learning difficulties, and other health risks. Beyond screening, MediSmart offers follow-up care, awareness sessions for parents, and health education workshops for students.

Children today face increasing pressures — academic stress, family struggles, digital addictions, and emotional challenges. These issues, if unaddressed, can affect their confidence, relationships, and future.
Talk Safe is our answer: a confidential and non-judgemental counselling service delivered by trained psychologists and counsellors. Available through both in-person sessions and virtual platforms, Talk Safe offers students and families a space to share their struggles and receive professional support.

Eloit Foundation is a registered charitable trust based in Kerala, India, operating with a strong commitment to accountability, transparency, and legal compliance. We are officially approved under Section 12A and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, enabling our supporters to avail tax exemptions on their donations. Every rupee we receive is allocated directly to our programmes, and none is used for profit distribution.
